Quoted
prices are in Thai Baht and include all local taxes, Full Commercial
Insurance and unlimited mileage/kilometres.
We cover our vehicles with Full First Class Commercial Insurance, unlike
lesser companies that advertise full insurance but in reality mean they
only have domestic private insurance policies or impose limitations like
only covering bodywork repairs in the event of an accident.
When you compare our rental prices with other companies, both local and
multinationals located in Pattaya & Jomtien., check that the insurance
cover they offer is as good as ours for the best value prices only we
offer.
The First Class Comprehensive Commercial Insurance we use covers you and
your passengers, the vehicle's mechanical, electrical and bodywork for both
parts and labour repair costs should an accident occur.
There are companies and individuals that claim to offer cheap car hire
rates, however you may find that the price excludes taxes and insurance as
extras when you have committed to a booking. Or the insurance cover is only
their private domestic cover this cover become void when the car is hired,
you might be told to avoid police involvement in an accident. With our cars
and the Full Insurance cover they have the Thai Highway Police and Tourist
Police are here to help should any accident occur, there is nothing to
fear.
The Small Print? We include Full First class (Class 1)
Commercial Insurance with personal liability insurance and taxes in all our
hire rental rates. You can be assured of the best value car hire with full
insurance cover quoted in our inclusive rates only at Expat Car Rent. There
is an excess of 5,000 Baht for non insured losses, if you take any vehicle
for 10 days or more you can protect this excess (0% liability) for 150 Baht
a day. We know that Full Insurance in not an optional extra item that you
should have to worry about when you enjoying driving in Thailand.

To rent any of these vehicles we will need to see a valid driving licence,
we accept the driving licence from your home country as well as
International Driving Permits and Thai Driving Licences.
We will need to take a photocopy of your Passport and hold a refundable
deposit of 7,000 Baht. Payment can be by cash or credit card, Chip &
PIN cards are fine.
